Alex Markovic

Alex is the General Manager of Kepen, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aurum Capital Group.

Alex has over 17 years of project management experience at large commercial and residential builders in Australia. The projects in Alex’s portfolio include luxury residential homes, apartment buildings, government projects, schools, laboratories, universities, hospitals, community centers, hotels, etc. Through the successful completion of a series of complex real estate projects, Alex has won the recognition of all associates, ranging from government authorities to clients, and the project team. The well-known projects Alex has managed include Sydney Tower, Shangri – La Hotel, University of Sydney’s Camden Campus.
